Job summary

Triversity Construction is seeking an HRIS & Benefits Senior Specialist to own UKG Ready, benefits administration, and policy governance. This in-office role partners with Payroll to ensure data integrity and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll lead system configuration, reporting, enrollments, leave programs, and open enrollment while collaborating with HR, IT, and business leaders. A proactive, detail‑driven, people‑first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree; 5+ years HR experience with HRIS/benefits ownership.
• Strong HRIS, benefits, and leave of absence knowledge with policy governance.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for UKG Ready and ATS; manage configuration, workflows, security, data integrity, upgrades, and vendor support.
• Lead HRIS reporting, integrations, audits, and testing; coordinate with IT and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end HR system processes, enrollment workflows, and training materials.
• Administer health, welfare, and wellness programs; manage vendors, renewals, and design.
• Oversee annual open enrollment; support benefits communications and employee questions.
• Administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability); ensure compliance and filings.
• Partner with payroll to ensure timely processing; manage pay increases and related tasks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies; ensure alignment with company values.
• Monitor employment laws; update policies and advise employees.
