Salute Inc. is seeking a Global HR Operations Manager to lead systems, processes, and governance for a world‑class employee experience across our global workforce. You will scale a global HR shared services model, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and standardized processes across regions.

Work with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leaders to implement scalable service delivery, technology solutions, and governance frameworks that power our continued growth.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services.
• Experience in global/multi-country HR operations.
• Hands-on with UKG, ADP, Workday technologies.

• Lead HR operations for a global field-based workforce.
• Implement global HR shared services and SLAs.
• Manage HR data governance, compliance, and HRIS integrations.
• Drive process improvements and automation across HR workflows.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and leaders on service delivery.
