Job summary

Confidential in the United States is seeking a Head of HR Operations to lead a global, multi-site HR operations function for a large and diverse workforce. You will shape the strategy, drive scalable people services, governance, and end-to-end lifecycle management across regions.

Reporting to the HR Director with a dotted line to the Chief People Officer, you will build a high-performing team, optimize HR platforms, enhance data governance and analytics, and ensure compliance with employment

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational HR leadership experience in large, multi-site organisations.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and governance.
• Experience with HR technology, data governance, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set global HR Operations strategy and governance across multiple countries/sites.
• Oversee onboarding, contracts, payroll governance, benefits, mobility, records and offboarding.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations team; drive service excellence.
