Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to scale the people infrastructure for a rapidly growing, global organization. You will own complex HR workflows, HR systems, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance processes, and process improvement.

You’ll partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external partners to ensure accurate, scalable People operations that support continued growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Strong knowledge of core U.S. HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, changes, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience administering and improving an HRIS; experience with Rippling is a plus.
• Experience building or improving HR workflows rather than just executing established processes.
• Strong systems orientation and comfort with HR data, reporting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee changes including promotions, transfers and organizational changes.
• Partner with managers and teams to resolve lifecycle issues and escalations.
• Develop scalable workflows, documentation, and controls as the company grows.
• Design and improve HR workflows, permissions, reporting, and system configurations.
• Maintain data integrity and audit employee information regularly.
• Build dashboards for headcount, changes, benefits, and other HR metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other teams on integrations and system improvements.
