Job summary

SRI Conference seeks an HR Operations professional to manage lifecycle activities, data integrity in HRIS, and global mobility processes. You will support performance cycles, promotions, and year-end activities while ensuring compliance and accurate reporting across multiple HR systems.

You will work with global teams to resolve complex HR issues, develop SOPs, and drive process improvements. Prior experience with Oracle Cloud HRIS and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Resolving non-routine operational or data issues related to employee records, HR transactions, or administrative workflows.
• Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, job changes, and terminations, and reorganizations in a corporate HR function.
• Producing headcount and attrition reports by compiling HRIS data and delivering metrics on required timelines.
• Working with risk and control frameworks for employee life cycle processes and internal controls.
• Using Excel for data analysis with pivot tables, lookups, and multi-system data alignment.
• Leveraging automation tools to create reconciliation tools and improve QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Support global employee lifecycle operations, including transfers, terminations, data changes, reorganizations, and mobility transactions.
• Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS platforms on Oracle Cloud for data integrity and compliance.
• Provide operational support for global talent management processes including performance, promotions, and year-end cycles.
• Perform recurring HR data reporting and analysis on headcount, hiring, compensation, attrition, and workforce metrics.
• Partner with global HCM teams, HRBPs, technology partners, and vendors to resolve complex HR issues and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate involuntary termination processes with Employee Relations to ensure smooth off-boarding.
• Develop and update SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for global HR shared services.
• Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and global HCM stakeholders to manage reorganizations from acquisitions or JV.
