Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to support the employee lifecycle across global HR systems. You will maintain and audit employee data in Oracle Cloud HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting talent management cycles.

You will generate headcount and attrition reports, collaborate with HRBPs and vendors, and help implement process improvements and SOPs. 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related role.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks in HR processes.
• Ability to collaborate with HRBPs, global teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support global employee lifecycle operations across HR systems.
• Maintain and audit employee data in Oracle Cloud HRIS.
• Provide operational support for talent management processes.
• Produce headcount, attrition, and workforce reports.
• Collaborate with global HR teams and vendors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate involuntary terminations with Employee Relations.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for HR shared services.
• Assist with reorganizations post-acquisition or joint venture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or related field
