Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an organized HR Analyst to support People Operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will own data, records, and day-to-day administration for headcount, benefits, 401(k), onboarding, and offboarding in a multi-state environment.

This role requires a few years in HR or People Operations, strong Excel skills, and a track record of accurate, discrete handling of confidential information.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR, People Operations, or admin experience.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in plain language.
• Highly organized with repeatable processes documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Build recurring reports on headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, overtime, and PTO usage.
• Analyze workforce trends and present findings to HR and leadership in plain terms.
• Support annual compensation and benefits review cycles with data, benchmarking, and modeling.
• Administer day-to-day benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations across medical, dental, vision, and life plans.
• Run onboarding end to end, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify, equipment and system access.
• Manage offboarding, including exit paperwork, final pay coordination, asset return, and exit interview scheduling.
• Coordinate hiring activity: post openings, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and track pipeline status.
• Support job description development and maintain the company's job description library.
