Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads HR due diligence for acquisitions and mergers.
• Develops HR integration strategies aligned with objectives.
• Establishes governance structures and escalation processes.
• Influences leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS.
• Directs integration planning across HR functions.
• Leads change management and associate experience strategies.
• Provides strategic updates and executive-ready recommendations.
