Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or complex organizational transformations.
• Experience leading organizational change and talent management initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR workstream for acquisitions and other strategic transactions from due diligence through integration.
• Conduct HR due diligence to evaluate organizational capability and talent retention.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, and integration of talent processes.
• Develop Day 1 and post-close people integration plans with leadership alignment.
• Manage Day 1 separation readiness and related transition activities.
• Provide guidance on people-related M&A matters and integration best practices.
