Clarios, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Communications to lead the global strategy and execution of our corporate communications, strengthening our reputation and employee engagement.

You will advise the executive team, shape messaging across internal and external channels, and oversee media relations, digital content, and crisis communications in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive communications leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Clarios' global corporate communications strategy.
• Advise the Executive Leadership Team on messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead executive communications including speeches, town halls, and leadership messaging.
• Drive employee communications to improve transparency and alignment.
• Oversee external communications, media relations, and reputation management.
• Manage crisis and issues communications with rapid, effective responses.
• Oversee corporate digital communications and storytelling across channels.
