Job summary

Idera, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You will provide broad HR support, manage headcount reporting, develop HR dashboards, and help drive key initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, 401(k) administration, policy implementation, and coordinating HR activities across multiple locations while maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least five years in HR.
• Experience with benefits/retirement plans and HR reporting.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and dashboard reporting.
• Proficiency with HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain headcount and HR reports.
• Develop and analyze HR dashboards; identify trends.
• Administer benefits programs and 401(k) plan administration.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate international HR activities across locations.
• Support mergers and acquisitions HR due diligence and integration.
• Manage multiple priorities and confidential records.
