Idera, Inc. seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across a fast-paced, international environment. You will manage detailed reporting, support employee programs, and help drive key HR initiatives in collaboration with the HR team and business partners.

You will handle headcount reporting, benefits administration, and 401(k) plan activities, while helping to develop policies and programs and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to benefits, retirement plans, HR reporting, or international HR.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, validate, and maintain headcount and other workforce reports for Finance and Accounting.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and employee communications.
• Support the company’s 401(k) plan administration, including enrollment, employee questions, vendor coordination, and required reporting.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Coordinate international HR activities and work with internal teams and external partners to support employees across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with the HR team and business partners to plan and deliver HR projects.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, planning, and integration activities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data.
