Job summary

Idera is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support and partner with teams across a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll manage reporting, employee programs, and key HR initiatives while handling confidential data with discretion.

The role requires five+ years in HR, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS and benefits/401(k) administration. You’ll collaborate with global partners and drive HR projects across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in Human Resources, ideally with exposure to benefits, retirement plans, HR reporting, or internationalHR.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting. Experience creating recurring reports or dashboards is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and benefits or 401(k) administration platforms is preferred.
• Ability to use sound judgment and make practical recommendations consistent with company policies, established practices, and applicable laws.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail, particularly when working with employee data and reports.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, manage competing deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain headcount and for HR reporting for Finance and Accounting.
• Develop and analyze HR reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and employee communications.
• Support the company’s 401(k) plan administration, including enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and programs.
• Coordinate international HR activities and liaise with internal teams and external partners across locations.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to plan and deliver HR projects.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and special projects with evolving business needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data.
• Perform other duties as needed.
