Idera, Inc. is seeking a senior HR analytics and operations professional to manage reports, dashboards, and data accuracy across Finance and Accounting. You will prepare headcount and workforce reports and support benefits programs.

You will administer the 401(k) plan, help develop HR policies, coordinate international HR activities, and drive HR projects with the team. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with HRIS and benefits platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to benefits, retirement plans, HR reporting, or international HR.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting.
• Experience creating recurring reports or dashboards is a plus.
• Ability to use sound judgment and make practical recommendations aligned with policies, practices and laws.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, validate, and maintain headcount and other workforce reports for Finance and Accounting.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Support the company’s 401(k) plan administration, including enrollment, questions, vendor coordination, and reporting.
• Assist with development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate international HR activities and work with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to plan and deliver HR projects.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence, planning, and integration.
• Manage multiple priorities and special projects, adjusting as business needs evolve.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR data.
• Perform other duties as needed.
