Job summary

AST SpaceMobile seeks an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across locations, including remote staff, delivering HR services from onboarding to compliance and HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, a bachelor's in HR or related field, and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to work across manufacturing, logistics, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, HR operations, or related functions.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and/or remote employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary HR support for employees and managers across locations, ensuring policy guidance and consistent practices.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Assist with engagement, retention, recognition, and development initiatives.
