Job summary

Anchor House is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance. The role oversees HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and HRIS/payroll, ensuring compliance and a high-impact culture.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning and talent development in a trauma-informed organization, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in talent management and organizational development
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR technologies, and analytics
• Experience with Paycom HRIS and payroll systems
