Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Manager, Global Change Management to lead strategic initiatives, shape change strategies, and ensure adoption across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders, assess readiness, design communications, and coach leaders to sponsor change while advancing our change framework.

This role requires 5+ years in change management, strong communication skills, and experience in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management for strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate findings into mitigation plans.
• Partner with leaders to integrate change management into delivery and ensure alignment.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Coach leaders to sponsor and lead change with their teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Change Management framework and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.
