Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an HR Change Management consultant in San Jose, CA. The role focuses on leading end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, including skills and job architecture, compensation, and HR technology workstreams.

You will develop integrated project plans, governance structures, and executive reporting to support enterprise-wide programs. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven success in HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives including skills and job architecture workstreams.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish governance structures, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Drive stakeholder accountability, resolve issues, and manage scope and change impacts.
• Lead change management planning and manager enablement efforts to support adoption of new frameworks, processes, and tools.
