Job summary

TVH Americas is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to lead the people side of transformation across enterprise projects. You will define and execute change strategies, build sponsorship, and drive employee adoption during digital transformations.

You will coach senior leaders and managers, design communication plans, and coordinate training while tracking adoption metrics to ensure lasting impact. Willingness to travel may be required, and a strong mastery of ADKAR is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading end-to-end change management and transformation activities.
• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) with strong ability to grasp complex business concepts and new technologies.
• Knowledge of the ADKAR framework; certification is a plus (Prosci/CCMP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise digital transformations using ADKAR.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across organizational levels to build trust and buy-in.
• Design internal communication plans and coordinate training during project rollouts.
• Monitor change metrics, analyze resistance, and implement mitigation for long-term adoption.
