Job summary

Htprof is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that align with business priorities and improve performance.

The role leads workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. You will provide data-driven insights, guide organizational design, and foster a culture of inclusion while coaching the HRBP team.

Qualifications

• 9+ years progressive HR experience; 5+ years in HR management.
• PHR/SHRM-CP/SPHR certification preferred.
• Master's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience in large, complex or highly regulated organizations.
• Demonstrated HR transformation or enterprise-wide initiative leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to build partnerships.
• Ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and plans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Advise leaders on organizational design, culture and change management.
