Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner in Pittsburgh to align people strategies with business goals. You will partner with senior leaders to drive growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness, while leveraging analytics to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes talent planning, change management, and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives. Hybrid/remote work is available based in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of HR experience including 8+ years as an HRBP supporting senior/executive leadership
• Experience with workforce planning, org design, talent management, and change management
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR policies
• Ability to translate workforce data into business recommendations
• Experience in professional services, financial services, or regulated environments
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, HR analytics tools, and HRIS systems
• Experience coaching senior leaders and leading talent reviews and succession planning
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Align Talent Strategy to Business Priorities with senior leaders
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify risks and opportunities
• Coach and develop leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness
• Drive talent and succession planning across client groups
• Retain and differentiate critical talent through targeted development and incentives
• Influence enterprise HR programs and partner with Centers of Excellence
• Lead organizational change initiatives and manage associated risks
