Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time accounting experience in industry or public accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams and with international operations.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Accounting Department for monthly, quarterly, and annual close and prepare reconciled financial information.
• Develop and enforce financial policies to safeguard assets.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and cash management with oversight from the Assistant Controller.
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings; ensure GAAP compliance for currency translation and foreign tax liability.
• Lead system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, Concur, ADP) with third-party providers.
• Mentor and develop staff; provide guidance to CFO/CEO on accounting policies and reporting.
