HDR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Director for the Health practice to shape the future of HDR’s healthcare design leadership.

You will drive growth across subsectors, lead strategic foresight initiatives, and collaborate with technology, providers, and academia to translate trends into client value. As an executive leader, you will mentor Subsector Directors, advance innovation, and strengthen HDR’s reputation for outcomes-driven design and sustainable health environments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years consulting or health-industry leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive growth initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HDR's Health practice subsectors and growth initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to align workforce planning and talent development.
• Mentor Subsector Directors and foster cross-regional collaboration.
• Develop frameworks to monitor performance, market relevance, and strategic effectiveness.
• Translate healthcare trends into actionable business and design strategies for HDR and clients.
