HDR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Growth Director to shape HDR’s Health practice and subsectors, driving growth, innovation, and client value. You will align vision with market intelligence, lead strategic initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives.

You will translate global healthcare trends into actionable strategies, collaborate with technology leaders, and mentor leaders across regions to strengthen HDR’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in consulting/healthcare or related fields.
• Master's degree preferred with leadership in health design or strategy.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HDR Health practice subsectors.
• Lead thought leadership, brand advancement, and client engagement.
• Mentor Subsector Directors and foster cross-region collaboration.
• Partner with Marketing/Operations for workforce planning and growth.
