Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Growth Director to shape the future of HDR’s Health practice. You will lead subsector strategies, drive new business, and mentor leaders across regions while advancing HDR’s reputation in global healthcare design.

You will partner with technology leaders, providers, and academies to translate trends into measurable growth and innovative services, contributing to resilient and sustainable healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Led strategic growth initiatives in healthcare/architecture consulting.
Proven ability to build and diversify client opportunities.
Experience mentoring leaders and driving cross-region collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for HDR Health subsectors and oversee Subsector Directors.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on workforce planning and talent development.
Develop and implement sub-sector growth strategies and innovation initiatives.
Lead thought leadership, business development, and client engagement across regions.
Translate trends in healthcare technology and delivery into actionable growth plans.
