HDR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to shape HDR’s Health sector, drive new business, and lead subsector strategies. You will report to the Global Health Director and guide innovation, market intelligence, and talent development to accelerate practice growth and differentiation.

The role requires advancing HDR's reputation by translating trends into actionable strategies, partnering with technology leaders, providers, and academia, and building a future-focused healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, consulting, architecture, planning, strategy, or related industries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for HDR's Health practice subsectors.
• Mentor and develop Subsector Directors and foster collaboration across regions.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to support workforce planning and talent development.
