HDR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Growth Director to shape HDR’s Health practice and lead subsectors, driving new business, thought leadership, and client value across global markets.

You will translate future healthcare trends into actionable strategies, collaborate with technology partners and providers, and oversee leadership development across regions, advancing HDR’s reputation for innovation and sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, consulting, architecture, planning, strategy, or related industries.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organizational initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for HDR's Health practice subsectors.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations leadership to support workforce planning and talent development.
• Mentor and develop Subsector Directors, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and leadership growth.
• Lead the development of sub-sector growth initiatives and market diversification.
