HDR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to shape HDR’s Health practice worldwide. You will oversee subsectors, drive strategic growth, and translate market intelligence into actionable business strategies and services.

You will collaborate with technology partners, providers, and academia to forecast trends, launch new initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes across HDR’s global health markets. This role requires executive leadership and travel.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading strategic growth in health care
• Strong knowledge of healthcare markets and delivery models
• Experience in consulting or architecture/planning context preferred

• Lead future-focused growth strategies for HDR Health practice
• Define and monitor sub-sector strategies and market positioning
• Develop business cases and growth initiatives for new sub-sectors
• Collaborate with leadership to drive client engagement and opportunities
