You will influence senior leaders, guide innovation initiatives, and shape future healthcare delivery models while advancing HDR’s reputation for design excellence and client value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, consulting, architecture, planning, strategy, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for HDR's Health practice subsectors.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations leadership for workforce planning and talent development.
• Mentor Subsector Directors and foster collaboration across regions and offices.
• Represent HDR through speaking engagements, industry conferences, and publications.
