Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Growth Director, Health, to lead market growth and subsector development across HDR's global health practice. You will drive new business, oversee subsectors, and elevate HDR’s reputation through partnerships, thought leadership, and innovative service offerings.

The role reports to the Global Health Director and requires strategic vision, executive presence, and the ability to translate trends into actionable growth strategies for HDR and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field.
• 10+ years of consulting experience in healthcare, architecture, planning, strategy, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex organizational initiatives.
• Willingness to travel and work across regions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an innovation roadmap for HDR Health practice.
• Identify emerging trends shaping healthcare delivery and client priorities.
• Lead HDR Health subsectors and growth initiatives with market differentiation.
• Develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and growth investments.
• Provide thought leadership and brand advancement in healthcare innovation.
• Mentor and develop Subsector Directors and leadership across regions.
