Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Growth Director to shape HDR’s Health practice and subsectors.

You will lead growth strategies, guide senior teams, and collaborate with partners to expand offerings in AI, digital health, and sustainable healthcare environments. The role reports to the Global Health Director and requires a track record of strategic leadership, market insight, and the ability to influence senior leaders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or closely related field
• 10+ years of consulting experience and extensive related expertise
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational and follow-up skills
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HDR's Health practice subsectors
• Mentor and develop Subsector Directors
• Partner with Marketing and Operations leadership for workforce planning
• Foster collaboration across regions, disciplines and offices
• Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives across Health subsectors
