Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, consulting, architecture, planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex initiatives.
• Evidence-based strategic growth and market development capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.
• Experience with healthcare innovation, digital transformation, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate HDR Health subsectors with direct leadership of Subsector Directors.
• Develop a future-focused innovation roadmap for the Health practice.
• Drive sub-sector growth, market analysis, and partnerships.
• Translate trends into actionable growth strategies and client value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative healthcare solutions.
