Airlock Digital is actively seeking a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead a global, high-growth recruiting function. You will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable hiring plans and build a world-class team across the United States, Canada, Australia, and beyond.

You will own the recruitment strategy, governance, and tools (Greenhouse and AI-enabled sourcing) to deliver top talent quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience and

Competenze

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with at least 4 years leading and managing a recruiting function/team at a high-growth technology company or relevant experience.
• Built and scaled a talent function within a high-growth company with playbooks and systems to prove it.
• Proven experience leading a regional or global talent acquisition function in a high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

• Own and deliver the global talent acquisition strategy, aligning to business priorities and growth plans across locations.
• Partner with CEO and senior leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans and talent strategies.
• Lead, build, and develop a high-performing global recruiting team with coaching and standards.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring outcomes including senior appointments with quality, speed, and candidate experience.
• Build scalable recruitment processes and governance to improve consistency and reduce risk.
• Own TA systems and data (Greenhouse), ensuring workflows and reporting support decision-making.
• Use recruitment metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage recruitment budget, agencies and vendors for ROI and service levels.
• Champion employer brand and EVP through marketing partnerships across candidate touchpoints.
• Ensure hiring practices meet compliance and support inclusive, evidence-based decisions.
