Airlock Digital is seeking a Sr. Director of Demand Generation to own its global demand generation strategy and grow a high-impact team.

Reporting to the CMO, you will translate company goals into integrated programs driving awareness, qualified demand, and pipeline growth across new logos and existing customers. You will optimize digital advertising, paid search, SEO, ABM, events, and other channels while leveraging AI capabilities to increase efficiency, personalization, and ROI.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 12-15+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with significant demand generation exposure.
• 7+ years of leading, coaching, and developing demand generation or integrated marketing teams.
• Proven success delivering measurable pipeline and revenue across regions (NA, APAC, EMEA).
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, paid search, SEO, ABM, events, and nurture programs.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS buying journeys, funnel mechanics, and attribution.

• Develop and lead the demand generation strategy to generate qualified demand and 3x pipeline coverage.
• Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns across regions and target accounts.
• Own pipeline performance with forecasting, metrics, and ROI reporting.
• Strengthen lead lifecycle, SLAs, and revenue forecasts with Sales and Revenue Ops.
• Advance AI-enabled demand generation capabilities and govern AI use.
