Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead its worldwide recruiting organization as the company scales. You will consolidate Tech, GTM, and G&A recruiting into one global function and partner with executives to deliver hiring plans and improve performance across North America and Europe.

The role reports to the Global Head of People and is ideally based in New York, Austin, or London, with responsibility for building a data-driven, efficient recruitment function that attracts

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least five years leading multi-region teams.
• Experience scaling a company from 1,000 to 3,000+ employees, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Experience across Technology and GTM hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead global recruiting across Technology, GTM, and G&A, partnering with Finance and business leaders to align hiring needs, priorities, and capacity.
• Build one global team under a shared operating model, developing leaders and clear expectations.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and workflows.
• Define and own global recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to forecast hiring needs and measure productivity.
• Drive time-to-hire, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, cost, and hiring quality; manage external partners as needed.
