You will champion data-driven hiring, workforce planning, and robust succession planning, shaping our growth as a high-performing, global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 12+ years in talent acquisition and leading non-technical hiring teams.
• Proven success scaling recruitment functions during hyper-growth phases.
• Strong data-driven approach to metrics, analytics and decision making.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams and career paths.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the non-tech talent strategy aligned with growth and objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of non-tech recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Design scalable hiring processes for non-technical roles with high quality standards.
• Partner with Talent Leads and executives to advise on non-technical staffing.
• Elevate employer brand for non-technical talent through targeted campaigns.
