Job summary

Commvault is seeking an AVP of Strategic Technology Alliances to lead our global portfolio of hardware OEM, ISV, and AI partnerships. You will shape the strategy, operating model, and multi-year plans that drive revenue, differentiation, and market access across the Americas, EMEA, APJ, and India.

This role partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate technical innovation into scalable go-to-market plays and co-sell initiatives, building a world-class alliance

Responsibilities

• Lead our global technology alliance strategy.
• Define the strategy and operating model for Commvault's portfolio of strategic technology alliances.
• Build multi-year joint business plans with measurable commercial and technology outcomes.
• Identify and develop emerging partnerships across infrastructure, cloud, security, AI.
• Drive measurable revenue growth.
• Own the commercial performance of the portfolio, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, co-sell, OEM/resale revenue.
• Build repeatable joint selling motions across key accounts and markets.
• Connect global alliance strategy to field execution across regions.
• Lead executive business reviews focused on growth and priorities.
• Represent Commvault in strategic customer engagements and partner forums.
