Job summary

Indeed is seeking a Senior Director, Learning & Development to own the end-to-end learning journey for global field teams. You will set strategy, design org structure, and lead a high-performing team focused on onboarding, product fluency, and sales skills.

You will leverage AI as a core lever to personalize learning, scale content, and provide coaching insights, partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive leadership of a global learning and design organization.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and leaders.
• Experience using AI to personalize and scale learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the global Learning Design function and lead a team of managers and specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end learning journeys across field teams (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
• Advocate AI and innovative tech to personalize learning paths and accelerate content production.
• Develop and measure sales skills and product fluency for new hires and experienced staff.
• Act as a senior strategic advisor to executives, translating business priorities into learning strategy.
• Own dashboards and impact measurement tying learning to business outcomes.
• Manage communications and knowledge management for field teams.
