Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Director of People Development to shape the Google School for Leaders, leading digital and in-person learning experiences for Googlers, managers, and Directors. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and milestones to scale leadership development and learning operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Human Resources including adult development.
• 10 years leading and scaling tech-enabled learning and leadership initiatives.
• 10 years solving system-wide people/process/tech problems.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of learning and leadership development at Google and build roadmaps that integrate human and digital experiences.
• Apply product management discipline to the learning portfolio, owning roadmaps and metrics.
• Advocate for AI-enabled learning and innovative tech to reimagine Googler development for the AI era.
