Job summary

Hyve Group, a global events company, is seeking a Head of HR Operations in London or Miami. You will lead a world-class HR operations team, manage payroll and benefits, and drive employee experience across UK, USA and Asia.

The role partners with the HR Director and SVP HR on annual cycles, benchmarking and rewards, while delivering data-driven insights to support talent attraction and engagement globally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations across multiple locations (UK/US/Asia).
• Proven ability to manage payroll, benefits and onboarding end-to-end.
• Strong data-driven approach with people analytics and board-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global HR operations team delivering end-to-end employee experiences.
• Design and update HR policies to attract talent and improve retention.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure HR data security, compliance and governance across regions.
• Collaborate with HR Director and SVP HR on annual pay cycles, benchmarking, and benefits programs.
• Produce the monthly HR Board Report and drive HR system improvements.
