Job summary

Hyve is hiring an HR Operations Associate in Miami, FL to join a global HR team. You will report to the Head of HR, Group, and work with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Talent Acquisition to coordinate HR operations.

You’ll be the first point of contact for global HR inquiries, manage onboarding and offboarding, handle US benefits, maintain records, and support data-driven HR projects while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a HR Administration / Associate / Coordinator role.
• Proactive approach to solving HR problems and processes.
• Understanding of confidentiality in Talent, HR and people practices.
• Willingness to upskill in US HR employment law and best practice across TA/HR.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, TA, Internal Comms, IT and Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for global HR operations queries while advising on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Escalate non-HR operations matters to the relevant HR Business Partner.
• Monitor the HR Inbox in collaboration with HR Operations Advisor.
• Oversee onboarding, changes and offboarding processes.
• Full benefits administration for US employees including Health Insurance.
• Support salary reviews and bonus schemes; maintain HR records up to date and compliant with data privacy laws.
• Keep up to date with USA employment law changes and global applicability.
• Become a subject matter expert across the HR Tech Stack (HiBob, Go1, CultureAmp).
• Collaborate on improving the HR tech stack and automating where possible.
• Generate HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support HR projects and initiatives across the business.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Finance to deliver exceptional employee experience.
