Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to partner with managers across the organization, resolve employee relations issues, and support change management initiatives. You will manage employee lifecycle activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance through HR systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments, and strong communication, data integrity, and process improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing/high-volume environments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
• Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, and workforce programs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support employees and leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Enable and coach managers to successfully resolve all employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
• Engage with and support the HRBPs with change management projects; restructure, redundancies, redeployment.
• Manages HR operational processes supporting the employee lifecycle from hire through separation.
• Maintains employee records, HR systems, and data integrity to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Supports onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities for new hires.
• Administers HR transactions including status changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational updates.
• Coordinates compliance activities including I-9 administration, personnel records management, audits, and required documentation.
• Generates workforce reports, metrics, and analytics to support business decision-making and workforce planning.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
• Partners with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identifies opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports special projects and organizational initiatives aligned with business and HR objectives.
