Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a global commercial environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer Success strategy execution across the business unit.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
• Own and lead the Go-to-Market strategy and pricing/positioning decisions.
• Drive portfolio growth through analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer value differentiation.
• Develop and oversee a high-performing Customer Success organization.
