Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit in the United States. Lead a global, multi‑disciplinary team delivering exceptional customer experiences from engagement to long-term value realization.

You will shape the Go‑to‑Market strategy, collaborate with commercial, product management, strategy, marketing, operations, and R&D, and drive insights to guide portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and drive results in a global commercial environment.
• Translate complex customer, product, and market data into strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop the multi-year Customer Success plan for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
• Own Go‑to‑Market strategy and enablement across global teams.
• Coordinate planning and execution of growth initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
• Drive analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer‑focused value differentiation.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing Customer Success organization.
• Oversee global customer programs including initiatives for the Muskegon, MI site.
