Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Director of Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies business unit in the United States. The role leads a global, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional customer experience from engagement through long-term value realization.

Responsibilities include setting the VoC, enabling commercial growth, and aligning product, R&D, and commercial strategy with analytics to drive adoption and portfolio differentiation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing or related field.
• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive results in a global commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Customer Success multi-year plan for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
• Own Go-to-Market strategy and lead planning, positioning, and adoption paths.
• Coordinate global Sales, Marketing, and R&D enablement through playbooks and data-driven targeting.
• Drive portfolio growth via analytics, competitive intelligence, and customer value.
• Lead a high-performing Customer Success organization and ensure lifecycle excellence.
