Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies BU in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team from initial engagement through adoption and long-term value realization, reporting to the VP of Product Management.

Your role drives GTM, portfolio growth, and customer-centric analytics, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to scale customer success across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and proven leadership in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience translating data into strategic recommendations across product, R&D, commercial and ops.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Customer Success multi-year plan for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
• Own and lead Go-to-Market strategy and planning.
• Drive insights, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the BU.
• Govern end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle excellence.
