Job summary
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead ERP and Value Chain Platform Engineering, overseeing SAP-centric platforms across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and PLM.
You will set strategy, governance, and modernization roadmaps, partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing platforms. You will champion engineering excellence, AI-enabled practices, and long‑term platform sustainability
Qualifications
- Senior technology executive with responsibility for SAP-centric ERP and Value Chain platforms.
- Experience governing broad SAP ERP environments across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning and Quality.
- Proven ability to translate business capabilities into platform roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own platform roadmap, lifecycle, modernization, and long-term evolution across ERP & Value Chain.
- Lead Platform Engineering Directors and build a high-performing organization.
- Partner with Enterprise Product Design Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Ops & Infra, Cyber Security, and EBS to realize capabilities.
- Ensure platform health, environment strategy, security, governance, and cross-platform alignment.
