Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership governing enterprise Finance platforms and ERP tech.
• Experience with SAP ERP Finance environments (R2R, P2P, AR, AP, GL, CO, Treasury).
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC ecosystem and enterprise finance tools.
• Ability to roadmap modernization and platform lifecycle plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Finance Platform Engineering, delivering platform strategy and health.
• Lead engineering realization across EBS and partners with high-quality execution and production readiness.
• Define governance, quality standards, release readiness and lifecycle management for Finance platforms.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate roadmaps into engineering plans and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure security, enterprise standards, and development governance across global teams.
