The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a visionary Executive Director, ERP & Value Chain Platform Engineering to lead the SAP-centric ERP and value chain platform portfolio across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and PLM.

In this global role, you will drive strategy, governance, modernization, and investments, partnering with Enterprise Product Design Engineering, Architecture, Cyber Security, and EBS to enable future-ready business platforms and continuous value delivery.

Qualifications

Experience governing enterprise ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or PLM platforms at scale.
Executive-level leadership experience with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to translate business capabilities into platform roadmaps and modernization plans.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP & Value Chain platform roadmap, lifecycle, and modernization initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Management, and PLM.
Govern delivery quality, platform health, and long-term value across a multi-platform portfolio.
Partner with Enterprise Product Design Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Operations & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and EBS to realize business capabilities through scalable platforms.
