Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT/Business/Accounting/Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership governing enterprise Finance platforms or ERP environments.
• Deep understanding of SAP ECC and SAP ecosystem for enterprise Finance capabilities.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Finance Platform Engineering organization, including leadership of managers, while executing platform strategy through realization, modernization, and platform health.
• Lead engineering realization across EBS, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver approved business requirements and solution designs with production readiness.
• Provide engineering leadership across core Finance capabilities including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Treasury, Financial Close, and Finance integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance Product, Enterprise Architecture, and other stakeholders to execute roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure engineering deliverables align with solution designs, architecture standards, security requirements, and development methodologies.
• Lead governance, quality standards, release readiness, lifecycle management, and delivery controls for Finance platforms.
